Kecelakaan maut terjadi di jalur Ngawi-Madiun
NGAWI || Bus Eka Cepat jurusan Yogyakarta-Surabaya bertabrakan adu banteng dengan Bus Sugeng Rahayu (Sumber Group) jurusan Surabaya-Yogyakarta. Kecelakaan itu terjadi di Geneng, Ngawi. Tepatnya di depan Puskesmas Geneng.
Menurut informasi warga, kecelakaan itu terjadi pukul 04.30 dini hari. Bus Eka Cepat dari arah Ngawi beradu muka dengan bus Sugeng Rahayu dari arah Madiun. Dua bus sama-sama berkecepatan tinggi.
Dari foto yang beredar terlihat bodi bus Sumber ringsek parah. Atapnya sampai ringsek ke aspal. “Jalur Madiun-Ngawi sementara ditutup. Kendaraan dialihkan melewati jalan alternatif atau jalan desa. Lewat sawah-sawah,” ujar Ruri Agung, warga Ngawi.
Agung sedang perjalanan naik bus dari Ngawi menuju Surabaya. Sampai di Geneng, bus dialihkan warga ke jalan desa karena ada kecelakaan tersebut.
Kasatlantas Ngawi AKP Achmad Fahmi Adiatma belum berhasil dikonfirmasi mengenai peristiwa tersebut.
