Pemkot Bandung Tandatangani Komitmen Pendanaan Pilkada 2024
JAKARTA || Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung menandatangani komitmen bersama tentang Pendanaan Kegiatan Pilkada dan Kerja Sama Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat di Mason Pine Hotel, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Rabu 9 Agustus 2023.
Penandatanganan dilakukan Pelaksana Harian Wali Kota Bandung, Ema Sumarna. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan bagian dari Forum Komunikasi Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat (Kopdar) Jabar 2023.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Ema memaparkan situasi di Kota Bandung jelang Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) dan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2024 kondusif.
“Suasana Kota Bandung masih kondusif. Selain itu, Pemkot Bandung pun aktif melakukan pembinaan-pembinaan politik,” ujar Ema.
Pemkot Bandung berupaya untuk terus mewujudkan suasana Kota Bandung yang kondusif selama pelaksanaan Pemilu dan Pilkada Serentak 2024.
Beberapa waktu lalu, Pemkot Bandung telah menggelar beberapa pembinaan politik bagi masyarakat. Antara lain Pendidikan Politik Bagi Masyarakat dalam Menyongsong Pemilu 2024 pada 27 Juli 2023 dan Kemah Partai Politik 2023 pada 2 Agustus 2023 silam.
Sementara itu, Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil yang hadir membuka acara menyebut, masyarakat Jawa Barat perlu berbahagia karena hidup di tanah yang indah dan penuh toleransi.
Ia membeberkan, data angka toleransi di Jawa Barat mencapai 92 persen. Data ini didukung angka kriminalitas yang hanya 7 persen, indeks demokrasi peringkat 5 nasional, serta kebebasan pers yang menduduki peringkat 2 nasional.
Oleh karena itu, Ridwan berpesan agar seluruh pihak menyukseskan acara Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) dan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak 2024 mendatang.
“Pemilu 2024 harus sukses dari berbagai hal. Sukses administrasi dan selamat dari berbagai hal,” ujar Ridwan.
Sebagai informasi, Kopdar Jabar 2023 ini dihadiri oleh kepala daerah atau perwakilan kepala daerah dari 27 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat.
