SUMATERA SELATANG || Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Polres Empat Lawang telah menindak lanjuti laporan wartawan atas dugaan telah dengan sengaja menghambat tugas wartawan beberapa waktu lalu.
Kapolres empat lawang melalui kasat reskrim AKP M Tohirin, S.H., M.H kepada pewarta, berkaitan dengan laporan tersebut telah kami tindak lanjuti, akan kami panggil. pada minggu giat kami sangat sibuk di polda Sum-sel, ” ucapnya
Senin, (18/09/2023). 12 : 15 Wib.
Berdasarkan surat pemberitahuan perkembangan hasil penelitian laporan (PPHPL) nomor : B/49/IX/2023/Reskrim. yang isinya memberitahukan bahwa laporan pengaduan telah diterima dan akan dilakukan penyelidikan dalam waktu 14 hari. jika diperlukan waktu perpanjangan akan diberitahukan lebih lanjut.
Sementara itu, ketua Ikatan Wartawan online indonesia kabupaten empat lawang Likwanyu mengucapkan terimakasih kepada pihak polres empat lawang yang mana telah memberitahukan perkembangan hasil penelitian laporan.
” Kami dari ikatan Wartawan online indonesia DPD Kabupaten Empat Lawang mengucapkan terimakasih kepada pihak polres empat lawang yang mana dalam hal ini telah menindak lanjuti laporan pewarta kami, dengan harapan selama 14 hari kedepan diberitahukan lagi kepada pelapor dapat atau tidaknya dilakukan penyidikan. semoga semua proses laporan ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa adanya hambatan apapun, ” ungkapnya.
Sementara terpisah, Kuasa Hukum IWO I Kabupaten Empat Lawang Herman Hamzah, SH.,MH Mengatakan, bahwa proses tersebut masih berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan perlu pembuktian yang serius agar terang benderang. dugaan suatu tindak pidana yang dituduhkan kepada si terlapor.
Kami berharap didalam pengungkapan kasus tersebut pihak penyelidik polres Empat Lawang tetap bekerja secara profesional, obyektif dan transparan agar permasalahan ini menemukan titik terang di dalam proses penyelidikan maupun penyidikan sebagaimana diatur di dalam Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyidikan Tindak Pidana, ” jelasnya
Ditambahkannya lagi, dengan harapan kedepan tidak terjadi lagi bentuk intervensi terhadap rekan-rekan media saat bertugas dan tidak dihalang-halangi sebagai jurnalis dan apabila ada rekan media ingin mengkonfirmasi kepada siapapun juga dijawab saja secara bijak dan bukan justru di ancam atau di intervensi. bijaklah didalam berkomunikasi dalam keadaan apapun dan dimanapun berada terutama didalam bermedia sosial. ” Tukasnya.
