Agus Wahyudi di laporkan ke Polresta Banyuwangi oleh Vivin Aika warga Alasbuluh kecamatan Wongsorejo karena Menggadaikan sebuah sepeda motor merk Vario warna putih nopol P 6545 RI tanpa izin pemiliknya.
Vivin Aika menceritakan kronologi ke awak media mengatakan ” pertama berkenalan seorang warga Kenjo bernama Agus Wahyudi alias panggilan Putra mengaku anggota ormas yang ada di kabupaten Banyuwangi sekitar bulan November 2024 yang lalu, kemudian diajak bisnis barang antik untuk di ajak transaksi jual-beli di kota Surabaya dan Malang. Di sepakati untuk berangkat bersama- sama menyewa sebuah mobil rental bersama sopir. Agus Wahyudi mengatakan ke pada Vivin bahwa biaya operasional ke Surabaya dan Malang di kasih sama istrinya lewat di transfer ke rekening BCA Vivin Aika sebesar Rp 2.100.000. bukan bicara jujur hasil uang gadai sepeda motor.
Sepulang dari Surabaya Vivin mau mengambil sepeda motor yang di titipkan di rumah Agus Wahyudi, alangkah kagetnya sepeda motornya sudah tidak ada dan ternyata di gadaikan oleh Agus Wahyu dengan menyuruh temannya berinisial BS ke tempat pegadaian sebesar Rp 2.100.000. ” kata Vivin.
Ketika Vivin Aika menanyakan ke BS tentang keberadaan Sepeda motornya bahwa sepeda motornya di gadaikan sebesar Rp 2,5 juta atas perintah Agus Wahyudi dan sudah izin pemiliknya dan uangnya hasil gadaikan sudah di transfer ke rekening BCA an Vivin Aika sebesar Rp 2.100.000 .” Saya gak pernah di mintai izin sama Agus Wahyudi untuk menggadaikan sepeda motor “kata Vivin.
Karena merasa di bohongi dan sepeda motornya di gadaikan tanpa izin pemilik , Hari Jumat 10/ 01/2025 pukul 08.00 wib , Vivin Aika melaporkan kasus tersebut ke SPKT polres Banyuwangi dengan nomor pelaporan : STTLPM/10/1/2025/SPKT/Polresta Banyuwangi tentang kasus penggelapan.
Bahwa perbuatan Agus Wahyudi melanggar Kasus penggelapan motor adalah tindak pidana yang dilakukan dengan mengambil motor milik orang lain tanpa izin. Pelaku penggelapan motor dapat dikenakan pasal 372 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 4 tahun penjara. (Tim)
