SINARPOS.com – Pekanbaru, 11 Januari 2025 || Dr. Bernard, Ketua LBH Pers Presisi GSN RPG.08, bersama Bu Tiur Simamora, Ketua Tim Satgas Investigasi LBH Pers Presisi Gerakan Solidaritas Nasional RPG.08, serta Pejuang HAM dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, menyatakan: “Kami mendukung penuh perintah Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk mengusut tuntas tindak pidana korupsi yang telah menyebabkan penderitaan rakyat Indonesia.”
Dalam sebuah pernyataan yang dirilis pada Jumat, 10 Januari 2025, Bu Tiur Simamora menyoroti kasus korupsi yang terjadi di Pekanbaru.
Kepala Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian (Diskominfotiksan) Pekanbaru, Raja Hendra, telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Pekanbaru.
Raja Hendra diduga terlibat dalam tindak pidana korupsi terkait pengelolaan konten dan perencanaan media komunikasi pada tahun anggaran 2023.
Selain Raja Hendra, Kejaksaan Negeri Pekanbaru juga menetapkan dua tersangka lainnya: KDA, selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), dan MRA, Direktur CV Tanjak Riau Sempena, sebagai penyedia jasa konten.
Menurut keterangan dari Kasi Pidsus Kejari Pekanbaru, Nikiy Junismero, kerugian negara dalam kasus ini mencapai Rp972 juta, dari total pagu anggaran Rp1,2 miliar, berdasarkan audit BPKP Provinsi Riau.
Bu Tiur Simamora, yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Tim Satgas Investigasi LBH Pers Presisi, menyatakan keprihatinannya atas rendahnya integritas, loyalitas, dan pengabdian Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam menjaga keuangan negara.
“Korupsi seperti yang terjadi pada kasus ini sangat merugikan rakyat. ASN seharusnya menjaga tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik, dan tidak tergoda untuk melakukan penyalahgunaan wewenang untuk keuntungan pribadi,” kata Bu Tiur.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Bu Tiur juga mendukung penuh prosedural hukum yang dilakukan oleh Kejari Pekanbaru yang masih mendalami kemungkinan keterlibatan pihak lain, termasuk anggota Dewan, dalam kasus ini.
“Kami sangat prihatin jika anggota legislatif terlibat dalam praktik-praktik korupsi. Namun, penyelidikan masih terus berlanjut,” ujar Bu Tiur Simamora.
Sebagai aktivis anti-rasuah dan pejuang pemberdayaan perempuan serta perlindungan anak, Bu Tiur mengingatkan agar para pejabat publik dan anggota Dewan tidak tergoda oleh godaan duniawi untuk melakukan mark-up proyek pemerintah.
“Korupsi adalah pelanggaran terhadap amanat rakyat dan merusak fondasi negara kita. Saya mengajak seluruh rakyat Indonesia untuk bergabung dalam perjuangan ini, demi masa depan yang lebih baik,” tegas Bu Tiur.
Bu Tiur juga mengingatkan para pejabat dan anggota Dewan bahwa NKRI diperjuangkan dengan semangat juang para pahlawan bangsa.
“Jangan biarkan perjuangan mereka sia-sia. Jangan kita khianati perjuangan mereka dengan merusak moralitas dan keadilan. Sebagai bangsa, kita harus bersatu untuk mengatasi permasalahan korupsi yang terus menggerogoti negara ini,” ujar Bu Tiur dengan penuh semangat.
Sebagai penutup, Bu Tiur dan Dr. Bernard menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus mendukung upaya Presiden Prabowo Subianto dalam memberantas korupsi di Indonesia.
“Kami mendoakan agar Bapak Presiden Prabowo Subianto senantiasa diberi kekuatan dan kesehatan dalam memimpin negara ini menuju Indonesia yang lebih maju dan adil,” ungkap Bu Tiur, yang juga menyerukan kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia untuk menjaga semangat nasionalisme dan memperjuangkan Indonesia Emas pada tahun 2045.
