Jakarta // Direktur Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan Mohamad Risal Wasal menyampaikan uji coba pengoperasian kereta ringan light rail transit (LRT) Jakarta, Bogor, Depok dan Bekasi (Jabodebek) dengan mengangkut masyarakat umum ditunda bulan ini dan diundur ke bulan depan.
“Awal-awal Agustus baru bisa. Nanti ada undangan bagi yang sudah daftar,” kata Risal kepada awak media, Sabtu 29/7/2023.
Ia menampik mundurnya pengoperasian terbatas moda transportasi terbaru itu karena masalah pada sistem.
Proses pembaharuan software operasi LRT Jabodebek sudah memasuki tahap penyempurnaan sistem integrasi antara sarana dengan pintu passenger screen door (PSD) yang terdapat pada peron stasi.
Pembaharuan software yang dilakukan pada LRT Jabodebek mencakup pemutakhiran sistem automatic train supervision (ATS) dan trainguard mass transit (TMGT) yang berperan dalam mengatur jarak, dan interval antar kereta agar saat dioperasikan berjalan mulus. Pengoperasian kereta LRT Jabodebek menggunakan tingkat otomasi atau grade of automation (GoA) level 3.
“Tidak ada kendala signifikan. Hari ini kami baru selesai ikut uji coba. Keretanya sudah semakin mantab,” tukas Risal.
Diperoleh informasi sebelumnya, Pada rencana awal, tahap kedua uji coba pengoperasian terbatas LRT Jabodebek dilakukan mulai 27 Juli 2023 sampai 15 Agustus 2023 dengan melayani masyarakat umum yang sudah mengisi mendaftar.
Modal transportasi hasil karya anak bangsa itu akan beroperasi sebanyak 560 perjalanan dalam sehari pada hari kerja, dengan headway atau waktu tunggu kedatangan kereta rata-rata 3-6 menit. Proyek ini terbagi dalam tiga lintas pelayanan.
Pertama, dari Stasiun cawang menuju Stasiun Harjamukti dengan panjang 14,89 kilometer (km). Lintas pelayanan 2 dari Stasiun Cawang menuju Stasiun Dukuh Atas sepanjang 11,05 km dan lintas ketiga dari Stasiun Cawang menuju Stasiun Jatimulya di Bekasi Timur sepanjang 18,49 km.
