Rusia, Turki dan Qatar Siapkan Perjanjian Baru Pengganti Kesepakatan Biji-bijian
RUSIA || Rusia, Turki, dan Qatar sedang mempersiapkan perjanjian baru untuk menggantikan kesepakatan biji-bijian.
Bild memperoleh korespondensi resmi antara Kementerian Luar Negeri dan kedutaan Rusia dan Turki dari 21 Juli hingga 8 Agustus. Dari surat-surat itu, Moskow memperingatkan Ankara sebelumnya tentang penarikan diri dari kesepakatan biji-bijian.
Sekarang Rusia, Turki, dan Qatar sedang mengerjakan perjanjian trilateral baru, yang seharusnya menggantikan perjanjian yang sudah kadaluwarsa. Diusulkan untuk memasok biji-bijian Rusia ke negara-negara miskin, terutama di Afrika. Türkiye akan bertindak sebagai penyelenggara, Qatar sebagai sponsor pasokan.
Dalam korespondensi tersebut, Menteri Luar Negeri Turki Hakan Fidan meminta Rusia untuk melanjutkan kesepakatan biji-bijian sebelumnya, agar biji-bijian juga dipasok dari Ukraina.
Ankara juga mengusulkan untuk bertindak di bawah naungan PBB.
Menurut Bild, kesepakatan baru dapat diselesaikan paling cepat akhir pekan ini di Budapest.
Untuk melakukan ini, kepala Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov sudah terbang ke sana.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan juga akan tiba di sana.
