NTB || Empat dari Tujuh tersangka dugaan Kasus Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) telah berhasil diamankan tim Tindak Satgas TPPO Polda NTB dalam periade 19 Juni 2023 hingga 3 Juli 2023. Dalam kurun waktu tersebut, 3 laporan polisi dugaan kasus TPPO dan atau Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) Non-prosedural dengan jumlah korban 3 orang berhasil di bongkar.
Tiga tersangka yang diamankan masing-masing NAS (Perempuan), IS ((Laki-laki) dan B ( Perempuan), ketiganya merupakan warga Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Sementa 4 tersangka masuk dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) yakni H (Perempuan), AR (Laki-laki), HS (Perempuan ) dan FT (Perempuan).
Keterangan tersebut disampaikan Kabid Humas Polda NTB Kombes Pol Arman Asmara Syarifuddin SIK., yang Juga sebagai Satgas TPPO Polda NTB bidang Hubungan masyarakat pada Konferensi pers yang berlangsung di Command Center Polda NTB, (26)07/2023).
Didampingi Satgas TPPO Bidang Penindakan Direktur Reskrimum Polda NTB Kombes Pol Teddy Ristiawan SIK., dan Satgas TPPO Bidang Pencegahan Direktur Binmas Kombes Pol Dessy Ismail SIK., Kabid Humas Polda NTB menerangkan keberhasilan mengungkap dugaan TPPO dan atau PMI Non-prosedural tersebut berkat informasi dari masyarakat.
“Kami sampaikan terimakasih dan apresiasi kepada masyarakat dan semua pihak yang telah membantu dalam penindakan maupun pencegahan TPPO di wilayah hukum Polda NTB,”tutupnya.

Dalam penjelasannya, Direskrimum Polda NTB Kombes Pol Teddy Ristiawan SIK., Bahwa ketiga tersangka yang diamankan berdasarkan pengungkapan dari tiga lapora polisi dimana modus tersangka dengan mendatangi rumah korban serta menawarkan bekerja keluar negeri dengan upah gaji berkisar 3 – 5 Juta rupiah dan uangsaku berkisar 2 – 3 juta rupiah yang diberikan saat berangkat.
Dengan penawaran tersebut ketiga korban menyetujui, kemudian mempersiapkan segala persyaratan keberangkatan yang dibantu oleh tersangka.
“Ketiga korban tujuannya berbeda-beda meski satu negara namun lain tempat bekerja. Rata-rata ke Timur Tengah,”jelas Teddy.
Ketiga korban berdasarkan keterangan yang diperoleh mendapat perlakuan yang sama oleh majikan yakni tindakan yang tidak mengenakan dan bahkan ada yang mendapatkan tindakan kekerasan sehingga korban kabur atau keluar dari Majikan dan pergi ke kantor kedutaan walaupun melalui perjuangan yang tidak gampang untuk bisa sampai di tempat tersebut sehingga tidak jarang mengalami penderitaan selama belum bertemu pihak Kedutaan Indonesia di negara tersebut.
Atas keterangan tersebut tim melakukan penyelidikan terkait Perusahaan dan atau sponsor yang merekrut para korban. Dan dari hasil penyelidikan tersebut berhasil mengamankan 3 tersangka sedangkan 4 tersangka lainnya ditetapkan sebagai DPO.
Beberapa barang bukti juga berhasil dikumpulkan tim penyidik seperti Boarding Pass, Buku Tabungan BANK, ATM, Paspor, serta alat komunikasi.
Para Tersangka dikenakan pasal 10, pasal 11 Jo. Pasal 4 UU nomor 21 tahun 2007 tentang pemberantasan TPPO dan atau pasal 81 Jo..pasal 69 UU nomor 18 tahun 2017 tentang perlindungan PMI dengan ancaman hukuman paling rendah 3 tahun Penjara.
