Kapolres Sumbawa Barat AKBP Yasmara Harahap S.IK melalui Kasi Humas IPDA Eddy Soebandi S.Sos menyampaikan, Sat Samapta Polres Sumbawa Barat melakukan pengamanan pertandingan sepak bola antara Taliwang FC vs Brang Rea FC dan Goa FC vs Pabiring FC yang dipimpin oleh KBO Sat Samapta IPDA Andi Palurung.
Eddy mengatakan,kegiatan tersebut sebagai tindak lanjut dukung 16 Program Prioritas Kapolri Prediktif, Responsibilitas, Transparansi Berkeadilan. Nomor 14 tentang pengawasan pimpinan terhadap setiap kegiatan.
” Pengamanan ini terfokus untuk mengawasi apabila ada suporter yang melakukan tindakan provokasi dan perbuatan – perbuatan yang dapat mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban selama berjalannya pertandingan.” jelasnya
