BANDUNG || Pada Jum’at siang tanggal 28 Juli 2023 yang lalu, Cipayung Plus Kota Bandung bersama masyarakat Kota Bandung menggelar aksi sekaligus memberikan aduan masyarakat terkait korupsi yang sedang terjadi di Kota Bandung di depan kantor KPK RI, aksi tersebut juga diterima dan akan segera ditindaklanjuti oleh KPK RI.
Kasus sindikat korupsi Smart City Kota Bandung yang melibatkan mantan Walikota Bandung Yana Mulyana membuat seluruh masyarakat Indonesia terkhusus Kota Bandung menjadi skeptis terhadap berlangsung nya pemerintahan di Kota Bandung.
Pasalnya tidak sampai disitu, pada saat persidangan berlangsung, salah satu tersangka yaitu Sekdishub yang juga ikut terlibat dalam korupsi pengadaan CCTV dan Internet tersebut pun menyebutkan beberapa orang dan instansi diantaranya PLH Walikota Bandung, DPRD dan APH turut serta menikmati fee dari pengerjaan proyek tersebut.
Dari fakta persidangan tersebut dan didorong oleh keinginan luhur, kami Cipayung Plus Kota Bandung bersama masyarakat Kota Bandung datang ke KPK RI untuk mendorong sekaligus melaporkan aduan masyarakat untuk dilakukannya pengembangan atas kasus korupsi tersebut.
Kami mendorong KPK untuk melakukan pemanggilan terhadap instansi dan orang-orang yang di sebutkan bahwa mereka turut menikmati aliran dana korupsi tersebut dan memberantas seluruh oknum pejabat yang korupsi di Kota Bandung.
KPK telah menerima tuntutan dari Cipayung Plus dan masyarakat Kota Bandung dan akan segera menindak lanjuti aduan yang kami sampaikan.
Beberapa Tuntutan yang Kami Angkat diantaranya :
- Melakukan pemanggilan dan pengembangan kasus korupsi Smart City atas fakta persidangan yang menyebutkan oknum pejabat dan instasi yang turut serta menikmati hasil korupsi tersebut.
- Menindak tegas seluruh Pejabat Kota Bandung yang ikut terlibat dalam kasus korupsi tersebut
- Melakukan supervisi pada instansi yudikatif yang tidak mampu menyelesaikan kasus korupsi yang mandeg di Kota Bandung.
- Melakukan supervisi atas penggunaan anggaran Kota Bandung.
- Membersihkan Kota Bandung dari darurat korupsi.
