KOTA BIMA-NTB || Sebagai wujud menangkal dan mengimbangi dampak cuaca ekstrim di wilayah Indonesia, Kapolri mencanangkan penanaman 1 juta pohon.
Nah, di Polres Bima Kota sendiri, ikut berpartisipasi dengan menghijaukan lahan tandus dan kering, dengan menanam sedikitnya 1.200 pohon.
Penghijauan dan penanaman 1.200 pohon tersebut, dipimpin langsung Kapolres Bima Kota AKBP Rohadi.
Penanaman secara simbolis tersebut 1.200 pohon itu, diawali di Mako Polres Bima Kota dan diteruskan di sejumlah lokasi seperti di Taman Kota dan seluruh wilayah yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah hukum Polsek jajaran.
“Aksi ini juga diharapkan mampu mengurangi dampak cuaca ekstrem yang sedang terjadi di Indonesia, sebagaimana program penanaman pohon yang dicanangkan Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo,”kata Kapolres Bima Kota AKBP Rohadi, Rabu pagi ini, disela-sela penanaman pohon di Mako Polres Bima Kota.
1200 pohon di tanam oleh Polres Bima Kota dan Polsek jajaran, jelas AKBP Rohadi, dengan memilih berbagai jenis bibit pohon antara lain kelapa,mahoni, asam dan berbagi macam jenis pohon lainnya
“Penanaman pohon di berbagai titik secara serempak di seluruh Indonesia ini, sesuai program Mabes Polri ditargetkan 1 juta pohon,”singkat Perwira Menengah dengan pangkat Dua Melati di pundaknya ini.
