SUKABUMI || Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil mendampingi Presiden Joko Widodo meresmikan jalan Tol Bocimi Seksi II Cigombong – Cibadak di Kecamatan Parungkuda, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jumat (4/8/2023).
Ada momen menarik saat Presiden Jokowi sedang memberikan sambutan terkait peresmian. Ridwan Kamil sempat tersenyum dan mengacungkan jempol serta membungkuk takzim, karena Jawa Barat disinggung oleh Jokowi sebagai provinsi rangking pertama untuk investasi.
Investasi terjadi di Jawa Barat menurut Jokowi disokong oleh aksesilibitas, salah satunya pembangunan jalan tol yang banyak terjadi di wilayah Tanah Pasundan.
“Karena dari survei para investor yang ada kenapa di Jabar menduduki ranking pertama untuk investasi, alasannya yang pertama karena jalan-jalan tol yang ada di Jawa Barat itu yang paling banyak dibangun,” ujar Joko Widodo.
Oleh karena itu, Presiden Jokowi berharap ruas jalan Tol Cigombong – Cibadak dengan panjang 11,9 kilometer dapat meningkatkan mobilitas barang dan orang. Sehingga nilai investasi akan semakin tumbuh.
“Ini artinya akan mempercepat mobilitas orang mempercepat mobilitas barang dan juga yang berkaitan dengan investasi,” kata Jokowi.
Jokowi menjelaskan anggaran yang digelontorkan dalam pembangunan Tol Bocimi Seksi II tersebut sebesar Rp3,2 triliun.
“KIta harapkan dengan selesainya ruas jalan (tol) ini nanti kalau kita ke Palabuhan Ratu, ke Ciletuh ke Ujung Genteng ke Gunung Gede yang sebelumnya dari Jakarta kalau ke Sukabumi itu memakan waktu sampai lima jam kadang bisa sampai enam jam sekarang dengan adanya jalan tol ini hanya kurang lebih 2,5 jam,” pungkas Jokow
