Bupati Bandung Berharap Forum HRD Kabupaten Bandung Dapat Mensinkronisasikan Visi Misi
SOREANG || Bupati Bandung Dadang Supriatna berharap Forum Human Resources Development (HRD) Kabupaten Bandung dapat mensinkronisasikan visi misi Kabupaten Bandung di perusahaan masing- masing.
“Dan tentunya dalam rangka mengurangi angka pengangguran ada peran dari HRD untuk bisa melakukan rekrutmen masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung,” kata Bupati Bandung usai menghadiri musyawarah kabupaten Forum HRD Kabupaten Bandung di Hotel Sutan Raja Soreang, Selasa (29/8/2023).
Disamping itu Dadang Supriatna juga berharap kepada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kab. Bandung mengadakan pra-pelatihan terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung, sebelum mereka masuk bekerja di perusahaan.
“Ini harus disinkronkan antara Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dengan perusahaan atau HRD yang keterkaitan dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lapangan kerja, termasuk angka calon pegawai yang akan direkrut di masing-masing wilayah,” ujar Bupati Bandung.
Kang DS, sapaan akrab Dadang Supriatna berharap dengan adanya Forum HRD Kabupaten Bandung ini akan lebih bisa mendorong kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang ada untuk lebih ditingkatkan lagi.
“sehingga kesuksesan perusahaan bergantung daripada kepiawaian karyawan itu sendiri,” ujarnya.
Kang DS juga berharap dengan adanya Forum HRD ini bisa mengurangi angka pengangguran di Kabupaten Bandung namun disesuaikan dengan beban produksi dan kebutuhan pegawai di masing-masing perusahaan.
