5 Rumah Milik Seorang Warga Ngawi Terbakar, Uang Rp 250 Juta Ikut Hangus
NGAWI || Sebanyak lima rumah milik Sopir (65), warga Desa Pandean, Kecamatan Karanganyar, Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur ludes terbakar pada Senin (27/8/2023) sekitar pukul 23:00 WIB. Kapolsek Karanganyar AKP Supardi mengatakan, kebakaran pertama kali diketahui oleh tetangga korban setelah ia mendengar ledakan.
“Kejadian Senin malam sekitar pukul 23:00 WIB, saat itu pemilik dan istri sedang menghadiri kondangan hajatan tetangganya, yang mengetahui pertama kali tetangga rumah mendengar adanya ledakan,” ujarnya melalui sambungan telepon Selasa (29/8/2023).

Sementara Kepala Bidang Damkar Satpol PP Ngawi Tri Bimo mengatakan, dari laporan petugas pemadam, kebakaran itu juga menghanguskan uang tunai Rp 250 juta. Uang tersebut diketahui juga milik Sopir.
“Dari laporan pemilik rumah uang tunai Rp 250 juta milik Pak Sopir dan anaknya itu ikut terbakar,” katanya.
Sulit Padam Tri Bimo mengaku tim pemadam kebakaran sempat terkendala ketersediaan air untuk melakukan pemadaman karena jauhnya lokasi sumber air yang bisa dijangkau mobil pemadam. Dari upaya pemadaman hingga upaya pembasahan dibutuhkan waktu hingga 3,5 jam.
“Lokasi kebakaran cukup jauh dari sumber air, kami sempat terkendala. Jadi upaya pemadaman hingga pembasahan kita butuhkan waktu sampai 3,5 jam.
Sebenarnya hanya butuh 4 tangki saja tapi suber air jauh memakan waktu,” pungkasnya.
